Shipping policy

Order Processing All products at Country Roots Apparel are made to order through our print-on-demand partners. Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Times Once fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 5–10 business days
• Canada: 7–14 business days

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time. Please allow up to 15 business days before contacting us about a delayed order.

Shipping Carriers Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or other carriers selected by our fulfillment partners based on your location.

Tracking You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at countryrootscustomapparel@gmail.com and we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. Contact us immediately if you need to make a correction before the order is fulfilled.

International Shipping We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Additional customs fees or import duties may apply for Canadian orders and are the responsibility of the buyer.
