Refund policy

All sales are final. Because our products are made to order, Country Roots Apparel does not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, color preference, or change of mind.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Contact us immediately about order changes or cancellations. Because orders may enter production quickly, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the problem was caused by our error
