Thank you for shopping with Country Roots Apparel! All of our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners, which means your item is printed and fulfilled specifically for you after your order is placed.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and handed off to our fulfillment partners within 2–5 business days of purchase. This time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been fulfilled, estimated shipping times are:

United States: 5–10 business days
International: 10–20 business days (where available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Carriers

Shipping is handled by our print-on-demand fulfillment partners. Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other regional carriers depending on your location and the fulfillment partner processing your order.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

Lost or Delayed Packages
