Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues. However, we stand behind our quality 100%.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.

Wrong Size or Color Ordered

Since items are printed on demand, we're unable to accept exchanges for incorrect size or color selections. Please review our size guide carefully before ordering.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact your local post office or file a claim with the carrier.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, production has begun and cancellations are not possible.
